Trade3ra is a simulator.Nothing on this platform is real trading. No real orders are ever placed on any exchange, no real money is at risk, and “funded accounts” and “payouts” are part of a skill-based simulated program — not a brokerage or investment service.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Trade3ra (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. Trade3ra is a young and actively changing product: features may be added, altered, or withdrawn at any time, and we may suspend or end the Service.
2. What Trade3ra is
Trade3ra is an educational trading simulator. You practice trading futures instruments (such as ES, NQ, YM, GC, CL, and BTC, including their micro contracts) and major forex pairs against historical and simulated market data. The platform simulates order execution, profit/loss, evaluations, and funded accounts entirely within the software. It is not a broker-dealer, exchange, futures commission merchant, or investment adviser, and it does not facilitate access to real markets.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing on Trade3ra is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Simulated results are hypothetical and do not represent real trading. Past performance — simulated or otherwise — does not guarantee future results. Trading real futures involves substantial risk of loss.
4. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. Access during the beta is granted at our discretion and may be revoked.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to defeat the integrity of the simulator (including the hidden-date replay), disrupt the Service, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Simulated market data
Replay and chart data may be historical, delayed, or synthetically generated for practice. It is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and must not be relied upon for real trading decisions.
7. Fees & simulated payouts
Any subscription fees are for access to software features. Simulated “payouts,” “splits,” and account balances are in-simulator figures and do not create any entitlement to real funds unless expressly stated in a separate, signed agreement.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade3ra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
