Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect and why. Trade3ra is a simulated trading platform in private beta; we keep data collection to what's needed to run your account.
1. What we collect
Account & profile: your email, display name, username, optional bio and avatar, and preferences. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.
Activity you create: simulated accounts, trades, session results, and analytics you generate inside the platform.
Technical: basic device/browser information and any feedback you submit. We do not collect real financial or brokerage information.
2. How we use it
To create and secure your account, run the simulator, save your progress and history, respond to feedback, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.
3. Processors we use
We run on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage) and related Google Cloud services, which store and process your data on our behalf. Sign-in with Google is handled by Google under its own privacy policy.
4. Cookies & local storage
We use browser storage for two things only: keeping you signed in, and remembering your preferences (chart layout, timeframes, and similar). Both are strictly necessary to run the product, so there's no consent banner to click. We don't use advertising cookies, and we don't track you across other sites. If that ever changes we'll ask first.
5. Retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account yourself at any time from Settings → Sign-in & security → Delete account. That erases your profile, testing sessions and journal entries, trade history, evaluation and funded accounts, any images you uploaded, and your sign-in — immediately and permanently. We can't restore it afterwards. Email us if you'd rather we did it for you.
6. Security
Access to your data is enforced by server-side security rules so only you can read or write your own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Your profile and preferences are editable in Settings, and deletion is self-serve (see above). For a copy of your data in a portable format, email us and we'll send it over.
